| Dear Ali, Thank you so much for looking after Ellie while we were away to visit my parents at the end of May. I must admit that I was a bit concerned when we left, mainly due to shy and slightly nervous nature of Ellie, who we picked up from a cat charity The Scratching Post 6 months prior. But I shouldn't have worried, you've done a fantastic job! When we came back Ellie was looking healthy, happy and very relaxed. | Hi Ali,
Thanks for looking after Mavis while we were away. It was nice to be on holiday and know that she was being well cared for on her own patch and although she followed us like a shadow for the first couple of days after our return, it clearly was a lot less stressful for her than going to stay somewhere else. Hi Ali, I just wanted to thank you very much for the care and attention that you gave to Furby and Gizmo, while I was away, at Easter. Our week-end in Cornwall was so relaxing, knowing that they were in safe hands. When Gizmo was diagnosed as diabetic last summer I thought I would have to cancel my month in Spain, as I was so worried that he would not be given his insulin properly. Then I found you! Not only did you inject him twice daily but you also took Furby to the vets for the tests to put my mind at rest that she was not diabetic. You really are a star and I don't know what we would do if we did not have you to rely on. If anybody looking for a 'cat sitter' reads this note I would say "look no further you have found the cat guardian angel". I have attached photo's of the pair of them. Dear Ali, Thank you so much for taking such good care of my pets while I was on holiday. Most people would be fazed at the prospect of looking after a cat, 2 hamsters, 4 rabbits and 37 guinea pigs for a fortnight, all in one household! It was very reassuring to know their routines would not be disturbed. Good, too, that my little "family" could stay together and not have to be placed in separate kennels for two weeks. | Dear Ali, Thank you so much for looking after all our cats and Jet’s litter of kittens (just a week old) whilst we took a much needed holiday. We knew they would be in good hands; especially as it turned out that you and a friend spotted that one of the kittens had a problem and took him to our vets for a checkup, where he was diagnosed with a very week shoulder joint with the right foreleg constantly popping out of the socket. The vet you saw was all for putting him to sleep, but rightly you thought he had a chance and persuaded her otherwise, until we were back from holiday and could get a second opinion. Heimdall is now over 3 years old and his owners adore him, he has no problems with his shoulder and just has to have glucosamine to help prevent the possibility of arthritis developing in the joint. We have a photo of him 30ft up a tree! Ian and I would not hesitate to recommend you to friends and neighbours that have pets as a very reliable and responsible pet sitter for all situations.
