Services
Before we confirm your booking, we will visit to meet you and your pets and carry out an initial consultation (free of charge). We will use the time to find out about you and your pets, and we will then tailor a package specifically to your requirements. This gives you a chance to ask us any questions you might have and sign our contract and all paperwork.
We aim to offer a year round service for your pets and will always try to accommodate late bookings if for example you’ve managed to bag a bargain last minute holiday, or if there is an emergency calling you away. However, there are certain times of the year in which we are busier than others and we advise you to book in plenty of time for Christmas, New Year, Bank Holidays and School Holidays. Please note that we charge double for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve and Day, the Easter Weekend and all Bank Holidays.
We always use an unmarked car so as not to draw attention to the fact that you might be away and may vary the times of the visits if you would prefer. If you live in an area with controlled parking we will need you to provide us with the relevant parking permits for the duration of our booking.
If we don’t offer exactly what you were looking for, then please contact us as we might be able to help you- we’re always looking for ways to improve our service.
Cat and Small Pet Sitting
We offer a pet visiting service for owners of cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and furry caged animals who would prefer their pets to stay at home while they are away. This reduces stress (especially in cats) and helps to keep your pet happy, and you won’t feel guilty about leaving them in unfamiliar surroundings!
When we visit, we will feed your pets, clean their bowls and provide fresh water, empty their litter trays, clean their cages and give them cuddles and attention and we will always work to your specifications. Please note that we visit a minimum of once a day (more if you require) as we like to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pets in our care.
To give your home that lived in look we will also take in your post, open/close curtains, switch on and off the lights and take your bin out for collection upon request. If you would like us to we can also write a daily report for you so that you know what your pets have been up to during your absence!

Following the completion of our new deluxe cat cabin, we are able to offer boarding at our home. We can accommodate up to 3 cats from the same home in an insulated, heated cabin with access to an outdoor run. This is ideal if you'd like your cat/s to have regular company whilst you are away and access to fresh air yet be safe. Your cats will be treated as if they were our cats i.e. spoiled rotten!
Prices start from £10 per cat per day with a discount for up to 3 cats from the same home, and this includes heating, most regular types of food and litter. Special or prescription diets to be provided by the pet owner.
Pet Medication
If needed, we will give your pet his/her regular medication as per your vet’s instructions including insulin injections, tablets, chemotherapy, eye drops and any special diets they require. Please note that there will be an additional charge for this service.
We are very used to giving injections as one of our own cats was insulin dependent for several years, and of course, Ali is a Registered Nurse.
Dog Walking
If you live within the Chingford/Higham’s Park area, we occasionally have spaces available to give your dog a good walk for up to 50 minutes. This is ideal for those dogs who aren’t good at being left alone for periods of time if their owners are at work during the day or are unable to walk them as regularly as they would like. You will feel less guilty and your dog will be happier, healthier and well exercised! You will need to ensure that your dog is fully vaccinated and micro-chipped before we can accept the booking.
Prices: Prices start from £10 for regular walks, but will be slightly more for one-off or short-term bookings.
Puppy and/or Kitten Visits
If you have a young puppy or kitten and are out all day at work, then wouldn’t it be wonderful if they had someone to visit them during the day to play with them, socialise them and help clear up any little accidents? We can visit your little ‘un to help with all of this.

Micro-chipping
If your dog or cat requires micro-chipping then we can provide this service in your home at a very reasonable rate and at a time that is convenient to you. Your pet’s micro-chip will be registered for life with Petlog (run by part of the Kennel Club) and you can be reassured that should they become lost then they can be reunited with you quickly.
Ali has been trained to chip dogs, cats and even rabbits and is well used to dealing with recalcitrant patients both animal and human (although the humans don’t tend to be chipped!).
Prices start from £20 - we also offer a discount on our usual rate for if you have more than one dog or cat to chip and for breeders in our area if they have litters of kittens or puppies to micro-chip.
